Hello, my name is Luis Arias, though friends often call me ”(Cabo) Corona”. I was born in La Paz, BCS, and spent 23 years in California, where I graduated in 1997. For the past 21 years, I’ve made Los Cabos my home.

During my time here, I’ve owned a Jet ski and Water taxi business and gained valuable experience working in the TimeShare industry, which sharpened my interest in real estate. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build strong relationships within the local community—something I now see as a valuable asset in my role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

I’m a husband, father, and believe in treating friends like family. I find joy in helping others whenever I can, as it enriches our lives.
